Kristen Kehrer is a data scientist, Founder of Data Moves Me, co-author of “Machine Learning Upgrade: A Data Scientist’s Guide to MLOPs, LLMs, and ML-Infrastructure,” and an active voice in the data community. With over 15 years of experience building machine learning models to solve real-world business problems, Kristen brings her love of data and storytelling to life in Susie’s School Bus Solution.
The inspiration for this book came from a project Kristen worked on herself—building a system to detect her children’s school buses using computer vision. They still use this daily in their home. Through this playful story, she shares her knowledge of artificial intelligence in an exciting way for kids and their grown-ups.
When Kristen isn’t diving into data, she enjoys dancing and spending time with her husband and two children in Massachusetts, who often help test her creative projects!
